welcome home

Do you feel stuck or just not sure how to move forward in some area of your life? Maybe you aren’t sure if you should make a job change or have an issue at work you aren’t sure what to do with? Or perhaps you are a mom and just feel like you are the blind leading the blind or a having a hard time having true influence and leadership in your children’s lives?  Maybe it’s just you personally stuck knowing you need to grow and make some changes but just not sure where to start? Well, you are in the right place. I often get asked the question, what is coaching? And well, it’s about helping individuals get “unstuck” somewhere in their lives. Sometimes just talking through our obstacles with someone completely objective, asking questions, helping us dig into our situations is all we need to discover that little nugget of hope to take a step and make the change. That’s me…the objective listener.

I believe we are meant to live life with others. And though we often say it takes a village, finding that village can be challenging. We can find books, podcasts, instant services, social media which are all resources that can “help” us with life, but they don’t talk, chat, or hang out with us to help us truly process life. Nothing can have the impact we are looking for like an honest conversation. In today’s world, having a life coach in your village is like having a good cup of coffee; it can give you energy, feel good while drinking it, and be worth the investment.

So, Welcome Home. I’m Sara Goede, and I’d to invite you in. Pull up chair, your favorite blanket, and let’s talk about life. Let’s talk about how to help life not feel so sticky, how to gain momentum, how to heal and move forward in hurts and challenges and how to make the most of accomplishments. Let’s talk about living the life God has meant for you to live and be the person He meant for you to be.

“You’re not alone in this parenting thing! When my teens started to grow in their own maturity to becoming independent and learning how to use their new freedoms, I realized I was also going through a transition of my own parenting and how to communicate effectively with them. I needed a mentor, counselor, coach, prayer warrior, friend, confidant, thinking partner, and encourager to help me navigate and grow alongside my teens. I found there was really a gap in resources for parenting this age group. Sara was exactly that person I was looking for, and her candid advice helped me find new and creative ways to communicate with my teens and bring joy to my journey of parenting. Sara is a wealth of parenting wisdom gained by her own experience. She took the time to understand my personality and perspectives and led with honest questions that helped me discover my tendencies in parenting and how to tailor them to my teens personality and development stage. I’m very thankful for Sara for helping me grow to love my teens deeply and humbly. I highly recommend partnering with her if you are looking for someone with parenting wisdom and deeply invested in walking alongside you in motherhood!”
